1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Services Description

ICEL Bangladesh provides:

• Fire safety equipment supply and installation
• Fire system maintenance and inspection services
• Emergency equipment refilling and testing
• Fire safety consultation and training
• Annual maintenance contracts

3. Service Terms

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable fire safety regulations
• Allow reasonable access for service delivery
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms

• All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
• Payment terms: 30% advance, 70% on completion unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All applicable taxes are additional

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide:

• 12-month warranty on all new equipment installations
• 90-day warranty on repair services
• Genuine replacement parts and certified products
• Work performed by certified technicians
• Compliance with Bangladesh fire safety standards

ICEL Bangladesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ICEL Bangladesh or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
